Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact our knowledgeable customer representatives at support@mckierae.com with your order number and request a cancellation.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it, but you're welcome to return that item after it's receipt.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. If you don't see that check your junk / spam folder.

If you're unable to find that, please contact support@mckierae.com with the name on your order and the date you placed the order and they will assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is McKie Rae's return policy?

McKie Rae is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition, for in store credit within 14 days of delivery of the item unless otherwise noted. Refunds are only issued as an online store credit. Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility. Shipping charges are non refundable. 

If you would like to exchange your item for another size or color, you can do so with with the credit received after your return has been processed. McKie Rae cannot guarantee the availability of any item.

 

In order to be eligible for a return all items must be:

Received at our warehouse within 14 days of original delivery to customer

Unworn & unwashed

Have original tags attached

Include a copy of your invoice and a return form

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Swimwear

Sale items

Merchandise marked 'Final Sale' on the invoice or collection heading of website

Items issued as a prize/gift

How do I start a return?

If you feel the need to return your item please feel free to contact our knowledgeable customer representatives at support@mckierae.com with your order number and the names of the items you'd like to return. They will email you a return form. Please fill out the forms and place them in the return package with your items. Packages received without a return form will not be accepted. 

If we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. Please do not include items that were not previously requested, a new request must be submitted for additional items. 

How do I send my item back?

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping back all return packages.

You can ship your package through the mailing service of your choice. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage as McKie Rae is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

How long until my return is procesed?

We strive to process all returns within 5-7 business days of receipt at our facility. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit for the eligible items. Store credit will be sent to you in an email with all the information needed to use the credit.

Shipping

What is your processing time?

We strive to process your order within 2-5 business days of placement. Processing time can increase due to promotions and demand, and we cannot guarantee your order will be processed in that time.

All orders will be shipped via USPS, including international orders. McKie Rae offers free shipping on domestic US orders over $100, excluding orders containing Freebie promotional items.

Orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until the following week, as our warehouse is closed on weekends.  Orders placed on a Holiday will be processed within 1-7 business days after the Holiday.  

Do you ship overseas?

Yes! All international orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping times may vary depending on the Customs process in the destination country.

Customers may be charged duties and tariffs on their international orders at the time of delivery in the local currency. McKie Rae is not responsible for any country specific tariffs or duties. Customers will incur any costs associated with duties, taxes, and/or customs. If you used a promotional code or received any discount on your order, you will be charged taxes or duties on the original prices.  McKie Rae will not alter any invoices or pricing in an attempt to avoid international fees or charges. 

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. This email will be sent to the email address associated with the order, provided by you at checkout. If you have yet to see your tracking email, please check your spam inbox before reaching out to customer support.

How long until my package is delivered?

Your package should be delivered to you within 2-10 business days after it has left our warehouse in Lindon, Utah. McKie Rae is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend you contact USPS to file a claim. 

We cannot guarantee shipments will be delivered on weekends.

My package was sent back to McKie Rae, now what?

McKie Rae is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Undeliverable packages will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted to update the shipping address.  You will be charged a shipping fee to reship any package that was returned and deemed undeliverable.
